BlueSpace.ai is building the next generation self-driving technology to create the safety and certainty needed for truly driverless vehicles. Our patented 4D Predictive Perception enables Assured AI for Trustworthy Autonomy.
The BlueSpace.ai team collectively draws expertise from various intersections of the autonomous vehicle (AV) industry, including OEMs, world class research institutions, and autonomous driving companies.
The Role:
As the Chief of Staff, you will be in a high-trust role with enormous growth potential. This role is both tactical and strategic but is execution oriented. This role will work closely with our leadership in particular our Co-Founders.
This is an opportunity to learn first-hand all phases and aspects of a deep-tech start-up in Silicon Valley. The focus will be across various aspects of our business, including operations, finance, social media, field testing, etc. We are looking for an entrepreneurial “Jack-of-all-Trades” and “Master of Details” and your mission is to scale our collective bandwidth and do whatever it takes to make BlueSpace.AI successful.

A Few of Your Key Responsibilities might include:
Liaising with various cross-functional teams
Leading initiatives to achieve company goals
Driving special project which could include:
Marketing
Finance
Operations
Strategic planning for partner testing
Fund Raising
Organizing the office
Helping with team events
Writing social media copy for blog posts, podcast episodes, or other announcements
AND… Whatever else may come up – Hey, it is a Start-Up 😉
The Top Skills You Will Need to Succeed:
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and coordination complex projects across multiple teams
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically
Must be comfortable documenting all communication using tools such as googledocs, etc.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a wide variety of stakeholders, including senior executives and colleagues
Ability to identify operational issues and provide effective solutions proactively
The Top Desired Skills That Will be Most Helpful:
Ability to problem solve the unknown and proactively figure things out to the best of your ability
Effective at achieving goals through negotiation and collaboration
Positive energy & can do spirit
Clear, timely and effective written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility and agility while creating end-to-end solutions with a strong and dynamic execution plan
Any previous experience as Chief of Staff or similar role is a huge plus
Preferred Education:
B.S/advanced degree in all fields welcomed
