Technical Program Manager

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in a science or engineering field, or equivalent practical experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience crafting compelling messages for multiple audiences

• The ability to break down complex work products into constituent parts, create plans to closure and drive cross-functional teams to execute

• The ability to deliver to a high standard under pressure in a rapidly evolving environment

• Strong root-cause analysis mindset to problem solving

• Track-record of successfully managing complex software/hardware development efforts, including tools & processes, breaking down and estimating work, prioritization and issue management

• Definitely need to have understanding of AV software stack

• Coding literacy preferred

• X-eng mgr types can be a good fit.
